Shipping Information

Rates and Methods:-Our shipping rates are as follows: Rates are calculated on an item by item basis. If multiple items are purchased RSC will combine items for shipping, where possible. Shipping and handling charges will be passed on to the customer.We do not profit from postage and handling.  Shipping will be done by the best available means. Small items are normally sent via Australia Post. Larger items which cannot be handled by mail will be sent by courier.

Shipping Insurance:- All efforts are made by us to ensure your items are packed securely for transport. It is however highly recomended that you take out shipping insurance on your goods to cover you in the event of damage during shipping. If you require insurance on your goods, please inform us at the time you place your order and it will be added to your shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping. This is beyond our control.

Delivery For Stocked Items:-We will endeavour to ship all orders within 3 working days for items held in stock. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: orders@realsteelchevs.com.au   Alternatively Ph:- 0417 916918.

Special Orders:-For orders that are special order items, (eg body shell) or items ordered for you specially, all efforts will be made to accurately quote lead times and freight costs. These times and costs may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not quote shipping times for items which are specially imported for you. These times are subject to many variations which are beyond our control.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is a priority at Real Steel Chevs. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your account on return of faulty goods. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. We do not refund on incorrectly ordered items or items damaged in shipping. (see shipping insurance above). All shipping costs are to the account of the purchaser for incorrectly ordered goods.

And also include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (if you quoted an order number it will be on the top right of the invoice)
  • Your name and address (Delivery Address)
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
